This is a speed portrait watercolor painting by Agnes-Cecile. This video was posted on March 15th, 2011. I think this piece is holds a lot of emotion, especially in the eyes. There is so much detail its amazing. Watching the video and seeing how many layers they add just gives it that extra something. I find this peice even more amazing because I dont find watercolors simple or easy to work with at all. I love the colors they chose I think thats what made it so much more dramatic. Also I think using a white gel pen to add some of the smaller details in the eyes and lips was very creative. Overall I enjoyed this video, found it very inspiring.
